Effective 19 October 2026. What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect

Your email address when you contact us. The details of the job you commission. The delivery address for the finished work. Standard technical logs from the web host, which record requests to this site.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Card numbers are entered on the processor's systems, not ours. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and a transaction reference. We never see or store a full card number.

What we publish, and what we never publish

We publish what was earned, what was spent, the job type, the amount and the date in the ledger. We do not publish your name, your email address, your company, or the contents of the work you commissioned unless you tell us to.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business, such as the payment processor and the web host, and where the law requires it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Font files are loaded from a third-party font service, which sees the request.

Keeping and deleting

We keep job records because the ledger is a public record of the business. We will delete your contact details and any personal information on request: email commissions@belivor.com and we will confirm within seven days. Ledger lines are amounts and dates only and are not removed.
