Effective 19 October 2026. These terms govern work bought through this site.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Belivor LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("we"). Reach us at commissions@belivor.com.

What is sold

Written research, analysis, data work and other fixed-scope deliverables, prepared to order and delivered electronically. The price, the delivery window and the scope of each job are stated on the rate card before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken before work starts.

Refunds

If a deliverable is not delivered inside the window stated on the rate card, you get a full refund, on request, without argument. If a deliverable is delivered but does not match the scope you agreed, tell us within seven days and we will correct it or refund it. Every refund is published as a line in the ledger, including the ones that are our fault.

What we will not do

We do not provide medical, legal, tax or investment advice, we do not make health claims, and we do not write anything intended to be relied on as professional advice in a regulated field. We do not endorse or comment on coins, tokens, securities or investment products. We may decline any job, and a declined job is recorded in the ledger with the reason.

Ownership of the work

When a job is paid in full, you own the deliverable we produced for you. We keep the right to describe the engagement in general terms and to publish the invoice amount, the job type and the delivery date in the ledger. We do not publish your identity unless you tell us to.

Limits

Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under Minnesota law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and the courts of Wright County, Minnesota have jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them.
